Our notarial service exist to conveniently assist with required services such as Power of Attorney, Vehicle Title Transfers, Adoptions, Name Changes, Estate Planning, etc.
Our Services & Fees
$2 authorized fee per notarial act and signature, per Georgia law
Authorized Fee

$50 for Rabun, Towns, Habersham, Stephens, White Counties

$60 for Union, Lumpkin, Hall, Banks, Franklin, Hart Counties

$70 for Fanin, Dawson, Jackson, Madison, Elbert, Clarke Counties

Travel Fee(based on County)
$20 per witness
Witness Fee

$10 (15 - minute increments) for tardiness

$25 for no shows of witnesses or signers, invalid ID, or documents unavailable.
